The Advertising Council is the institution responsible for self-regulation
of the Polish advertising industry. This self-regulation organisation is based on the Advertising Ethics Code created jointly by advertisers, advertising agencies
and the media. Complaints are dealt by the Advertising Ethics Commission.
The Advertising Council is a member of the European Advertising Standards Alliance (EASA).
