German Interstate Treaty on the protection of minors (JMStV): movement on all sides visible

Technological protection measures are one of the key challenges for the protection of minors on the Internet in the planned amendment to German Interstate Treaty on the protection of minors (JMStV). Looking at the youth protection programs, this means even more to consider the issue of dissemination, to increase parent information and possibly to rethink a simpler age differentiation in labeling content by the provider.
