Many difficulties of the early Internet are now overcome: due to UMTS technology there is an almost full-covered connection. Via the mobile phone, the network has become portable. Thanks to Web 2.0, the differences from receiver and transmitter disappear.
A variety of tools, programs and applications are available. This is raising new questions:
- What is really good?
- How does the jurisdiction develop in legislation and practice?
- What is protected and how?
- How does creation of value arise on the Internet?
- Power of the companies or digital self-determination?
The internet meeting is both aimed to educational media specialists and to educators who want to work with children and youth in the field of media education.
